We ordered my son’s tuxedo for his prom. The tuexedo was beautiful. However the measurements i took i couldve went a size smaller. Had to get it tailored and paid alot but was worth it. Didn’t have time to return and get another on time for prom. The finish product was so worth it. He recieved so many compliments. Luckily its something he can wear again!!!! Love the cufflinks!!!!

I brought this suit in black for my Son’s prom and it was a great choice. The suit looked handsome on him and he got a lot of compliments. The only suggested I would give is know your child size and maybe go down one size. The only reason I gave them four stars was because of a hiccup we had but they did turn it around and made our day. In the end it was Amazing experience tech support was so helpful and they came through for us, I will buy again from them and let my friends and family know about this site. They do deserve five stars bc they came through for my son. Thank you guys or ladies again.

updating my previous review, company still hasn't given me my refund and refuse to do so until I delete my previous review, since I told them no they will not process my refund. I have all my emails to prove it!!!! ok so if my accusations are a lie. why haven't the company refunded me. and please do t say my bank because they clearly advised me a refund was never submitted

Customer service was great. We ordered a suit for my son prom after being measured the first one didn't fit so we had to pay to return. They promptly exchanged it, and received it soon than expected. Due to the holiday we missed the return window but customer service stated they would work with us. Overall a great experience and would definitely order from them again.

The Tuxedo was GREAT!!! My son needed a suit/tux for his 8th grade dance. He picked a matte black tux with embroidery on it. The quality was amazing. The shipping was fast. Communication was great and easy! 10/10 Highly recommend! Will use again.

Don’t trust this site there frauds and there clothes come from china. I paid for a tuxedo and they send the wrong size and I had to pay for shipping to send back. Now there holding my money and they received the item already and item was never worn STAY AWAY THERE FRAUDS STAY AWAY

I recently ordered from Tuxedo Action for my son’s prom. I paid for expedited shipping and it still arrived late. Now they aren’t allowing me to return the item. There is no customer service number.
