I messaged the company about a product issue, they were quick to respond and handle the issue all at once. They did not hesitate to help or take good care of us. Now that is something special and my son loves riding his Tuttio!!!!!!!

This bike is an awesome bike for the price and for a shorter guy like me (5’9”), works great. Motor faulted after 899miles and they were awesome enough to send me a new motor (no charge). Thank goodness! This is my main transportation to save money currently. I’m very glad I choose Tuttio. Thank you Tuttio

My son has LOVED this bike from the moment he received it. He unfortunately had an accident, to no fault of his own and his bike and some fixer uppers. Believe that this bike has been through it all and my son loved it just as much. The support team has been nothing short of amazing and we will continue to be loyal customers!

My son loves his Tuttio! So easy to use the website. We've upgraded parts a couple of times and Tuttio is so responsive and easy to work with. He loves his bike more and more!

Back in July, I purchased the TuttioSport ICT 60V EBIKE. After tons of research TuttioSport ICT hit all my marks. For starters I have COPD so breathing can be difficult, so finding a bike that could literally travel to my Dr's appt approx 15miles there and back without any peddling was first requirement. And with a 60v battery the ICT can handle no problem. The suspension and seat are both comfortable but more importantly functional. Also it has to be said, that police are cracking down on some of the smaller towns and TuttioSport ICT combats that with not only peddles but a Shimano gear set that makes using the pedal assist so easy even with my breathing issue I can extend my battery usage into the 70 miles range on a single charge. I must also mention I weigh 190lbs and drive in a major city with great bike paths and bike lanes on the sides of the road. I mention this because it's not always flat easy riding and yet my battery last all day. Typically I usually only charge my battery every other day. Finally the display has so many settings which allow screen lighting, to max speed allowed if SOMEONE was interested in knowing how fast your ebike goes. It's as simple as changing a setting within seconds. The 4in tires are so rugged and the real caliber brakes with brake oil make stopping that machine in an instant. TuttioSport is not some Chinese pos, it is a well though out, developed and redeveloped over the years to be the very best version possible and with all the accessories available there is nothing this bike can't do. And EVERYONE says NICE BIKE. Lastly there customer service is absolutely 100% customer focused. This company isn't building an ebike like you see on crappy they they are simply put BUILDING A BRAND to conquer the Ebike market.

I bought an ICT July of 2025 for my son. He really loves this bike. Its a good looking bike, robust and fast! My kid loves it. Im giving it 4 stars but is more like a 3 1/2 because the battery has failed a month out of its 1 year warranty. Honestly my son hasnt been able to ride it since the beginning of June due travelling for the summer. So technically its likely the issue began before the its 1 year warranty was up. We discovered this issue this month. Its sucks because other than that the bike is great... A new battery is $900 its half the cost of the bike. I will be buying a new battery but the battery should also be under tuttios 2 year warranty in my opinion or at least 50% discount in the 2nd year of the warranty. Id hate to run in to this issue again a year from now if the battery fails again. I dont know anyone who would be willing to purchase a new battery every year. Good bike, bad battery.

While contacting customer support about the issue's we are troubleshooting for my son for his tuttio arc 1 e bike, they’ve been extremely helpful and reliable though the process to help guide and assist with the process of elimination, we’re unsure why our problem has occurred but they are willing to step in and help me with replacement parts without the hassle you’d normally get with other companies.
