My experience with the Ebike motorcycle is excellent. I would have to say there should be a place where you can take these bikes to be fixed same day or dropped off for repair, maybe be affiliated with other repair shops for wear and tear issues or pick up orders. The warranty process is simple. I really appreciate the warranty process timely process. My overall experience I would have ti say this is an excellent product. Be careful because product is delicate. Thank you for the experience.

The Tuttio ICT has been a great choice of purchase. I have had so much fun riding this bike down trails, paths, through the woods, down streets and sidewalks, etc... this bike can handle it all with style and finesse. The acceleration, torque, and brakes are excellent. The suspension gets the job done fine; however, I do plan to upgrade them to a more adjustable options in the future. All and all I give this bike 5 stars! Smiles with every mile!😎

First off, I LOVE my bike.. tons of choices out there today but I feel like I won the lottery with mine. This thing is surprisingly fast for its size; I have no problem at all reaching 42 mph on mine daily. It has a super comfortable, adjustable suspension which takes every bump with ease on the street (I haven't had the opportunity to take it off road yet but I would imagine it's just as great, being a mountain bike). Unfortunately, the battery life leaves a little bit to be desired.. but that's to be expected when you're powering not one, but two 2500w motors at one time (because let's be honest, who's going to buy this bike and not consistently run it in two wheel drive). The ordering process was super easy and Tuttio has been quick to answer any questions or concerns I've had along the way. I might suggest using some stronger tools for initial assembly, but even still, the process is very straightforward and pretty simple for anyone with moderate mechanical skills. I would highly suggest the Adria26 to any adult who is looking to get a serious ebike.

My son broke his throttle and customer service has been amazing with responding so quickly and resolving our problem. Very smooth process. My son is excited to ride again! He looooves his Tuttio!

We bought each of our sons these bikes 2 years ago. They have put hundreds if not thousands of miles on them. My boys are not easy on anything and these bikes have held up impressively. There have definitely been some repairs I’ve had to make but that comes with the “fun” haha. We live in southwest florida and just about every kid has an e-bike of some sort. My youngest son is now known on tik tok as “Tuttio Davis”

I use my Adria 26 to ride to the gym and explore the various dirt and paved roads in our rural area. It’s provided me with many miles and hours of enjoyment. I had an issue with the battery and Tutio was very quick to respond and provide me with a new battery. I rate their customer service as excellent.

Already been a year using the Tuittio ICT. It's a powerful bike with excellent torque, and the seat feels comfortable. Assembling the bike was simple to follow. On the road it is a smooth ride and on rough terrain the bike handles it with no problems thanks to the suspension and the wheels. The customer service is good, they respond usually within 24 hours and excellent at assisting you for any inquiries about the bike. For a year, I rarely encountered any issues. Simple connections issues within the bike but was quickly solved thanks to the customer service for providing ways to troubleshoot.

I purchased an ebike in May of 2026 for transportation purposes. Someone I knew had one and was very pleased so I decided to purchase one as well. Cost was reasonable and varied based on model. I purchased a 5000 watt bike. I recieved the bike fairly quickly and the accessories as well. One of the mirrors was broke and customer servie quickly replaced them with new ones. I would highly recommend this company and its products.
