Purchased two of these bikes for my 12 and 15 year old sons. They've been riding them around our property for about a month now. Directions could have been better but install was pretty straight forward. Handlebars and rear wheel came preassembled which was nice. Overall build quality was pretty impressive. Material seemed pretty good and welds didn't look sloppy or superficial. Boys are loving them and we're happy with the purchase. Two friends have since purchased the same bikes for their kids after checking these out. I had to contact customer service for something minor and they were very quick to respond to my issue and figure out a quick resolution. These bikes are a great deal if they hold up. I will try and do an update in the next 6 months.

Tuttio makes a great bike and my son is thrilled with it! We had a problem with the chain and Linda from customer service responded immediately and said the new parts would be sent. Great customer service!!

Great customer service. I reached out via email to ask for guidance on a front fender I recently purchased for my son on whether I ordered the correct part for his model bike. Their response was very prompt and reassured me that it was the correct part. They went a step further to make sure I knew for future reference that the back fender for his bike is not interchangeable and it would need to be model specific in order to fit his e-bike. They were very kind an knowledgeable for a mom who, admittedly, knows very little about e-bikes.

These bikes are incredible. I bought the soleil 01 and the Adria 26 combo and I couldn’t be more happy. I had a minor hiccup with the Adria 26 being speed limited to 15mph but tuttio immediately helped me unlock it to its full potential and now they both run perfect. I would I highly recommended tuttio e bikes to anyone looking to purchase one. 10 out of 10 for performance and customer service! Great company!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointed – Broken Promises & Poor Customer Service I ordered an e-bike on 12/7/2025 as a Christmas gift and was assured it would arrive in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, it did not arrive until 12/29/2025, well after the holiday. Customer service has been extremely frustrating. The only way to contact this company is by email, and responses take days—if they respond at all. Because of the late delivery, the company promised: 1. A mystery gift – never received 2. Compensation or a discount for the late arrival – never provided To summarize, multiple promises were made and none were fulfilled: • ❌ Bike did not arrive by Christmas • ❌ Mystery gift was never sent • ❌ No compensation or discount was given If you’re looking to be disappointed, this is the company for you. Otherwise, I strongly recommend staying clear. Between the broken promises, slow delivery, and lack of customer service, this was a very poor experience.
