I ordered the combo for my kids for Christmas. It came after Christmas, but it’s definitely worth it every time I reached out to customer service. They responded promptly and was very informative and clarify everything that I asked. No one was ever rude. It was overall the best experience and I will definitely be purchasing more from them. !

Unfortunately I have to give at least one star, but for me it would be ZERO! I ordered the bike on Dec 11 because they said it would arrive before Christmas, the accessories came, but the bike didn’t. Also, we bought a helmet for $230 that I have to pay $80 to return, it got REALLY big for my son, even for me and his dad it’s big, imagine to a 12 year old. So we will keep a $230 helmet for nothing. Also, if you call they NEVER answer. And the email they answer whenever they feel to. So, I DON’T RECOMMEND!

Our experience has been fantastic with ordering our first Tuttio Soleil 01. Our 12 year old son has been research between the Tuttio & another brand for about a year. Ultimately he really wanted the Glacier Blue Soleil. My husband being a certified automotive mechanic is always skeptical of online ordering of these types. We had a snafu with our order due to our personal bank, & the Tuttio customer service was outstanding during the Holidays. Taking care of us ASAP. My son received his bike, they put it together flawlessly. The bike is beautiful, solid. With high end hydraulic brakes, and shocks. The little hiding place for the tools kit is awesome. So far the bike is outstanding. The battery is easily charged. Lasts forever, the quality of every square inch is impeccable!! My husband wants one now too! My son is having a blast!

I did not receive my order. I ordered direct from Tuttio Sport. I paid extra for shipping. It should have arrived before Christmas and it is 12/29/25. I contacted fedex. They never received it. There is a shipping number on my email. I have tried to call tuttio and they don’t answer. Their voice mail is full. I have not had a reply on my email. Do not buy from this company.

We’re very sorry for the delay and understand your frustration. During the busy holiday season, high order volumes and carrier delays can impact delivery times. Our team is working through inquiries as quickly as possible. We’ll review your order and provide an update promptly. Thank you for your patience.

Ordered the bike on December 11th. 3 weeks later and it still has not shown up! Do not recommend this company at all!!!!

We’re very sorry for the delay. Due to high demand and logistical challenges during the holiday season, some shipments have been slower than expected. We’re reviewing your order and will provide an update as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
