Terrible customer service. Representatives give you the run around. They make you jump through hoops to remedy issues that were created by them. Will not give you a full refund, and you will wait months for them to determine how much of your refund they decide to give you. Ended getting my bike repaired at a repair shop, and they won’t cover the cost of that either. Nice bike if it doesn’t come with any issues, however if it does, prepare to be highly frustrated

The customer service is really good and I love their stuff

Purchased a Tuttio Soleil 01 for my 12 year old son. He fits great on it and the thing can rip on sport mode! Has great suspension and looks way cooler than all the other e-bikes the kids ride in our neighborhood. Now they all want a Tuttio! Also, wonderful customer service. We needed some parts and they were very quick to respond and help.

The bike is very fast and easy to modify well also staying durable. And the company has great customer support and ships products fast.

Best budget bike to mod

Tuttio's customer service was great. They were quick to respond to emails when we had a hiccup with our order and they followed through and got it resolved for us. Our son loves his bike!

I haven’t been on a bike in probably 30 years but when my son asked for one of these for Christmas, I wanted one too. I messed up on my email address for confirmation, missing a letter, as soon as contacted customer service they responded immediately making sure it was right, huge impression! I ended up ordering a 3rd bike for my other son last minute before Christmas so we all could ride together. They shipped that baby so fast I couldn’t believe it and we had our 3 bikes ready to go Christmas morning. We had a question about how to engage the dual motor and no joke during the madness of the season they responded so quickly with a super easy explanation, again so impressed. Now, these bikes are probably one of the most fun things I have done in a long time, they are built strong, ride strong, and we have the best time riding as a family. Super impressed from all aspects of this purchase and will forever be a Tuttio owner.
