The bike itself has some parts that were very cheaply made such as the throttle,motor gears and the stock grips. Other than that the bike is very good for the price. The company should make more parts available to repair other components on the bike since such as the a new motor can be expensive to replace.

The bike is awsome, I’ve experienced almost no major problems in the last few months, now that I have a problem I contacted support and they are great at communicating and always are able to help

Purchased a Soleil01 GB and ARC-1 for my kids and had too much fun. Bought a Soleil01 for myself. Can’t recommend them enough. Spoke with customer service, SUPER responsive!! The only company that sells any replacement part you may break. Highly recommend!!
