Great customer service
1. I purchased the Tuttio and when I received it there were some product damages. I contacted the support management and they responded immediately and shipped me out a brand new bike!! | was very pleased with the customer service and spoke with the representative of the company. He was very accommodating and solved all my issues immediately. I would highly recommend this product and customer service to anyone who is thinking of buying this product. They put their customers first, attentive and trustworthy! Highly recommend! Since receiving the new Tuttio everything is up to my expectations and more. The bike rides great and the speed and acceleration are like no other E bike and the battery range is great is amazing. I love it all around recommend for anybody who is looking to get into riding E bikes and having fun and comfortability and control. I love it. 2. Using the link provided to purchase my Tuttio is very reliable and secure. Management is very attentive and responds within reasonable time.

Good customer service
My son loves his Tuttio. Recently, we ran into an issue with the ignition switch. I reached out to Tuttio about my concern and they said they would replace it for him. Their response to my issue was prompt and they were helpful. My son is eager to get back to riding his electric dirtbike.

Excellent customer service
We had a great experience working with this company. Their customer service was excellent, quick to respond, professional, and genuinely helpful. When we encountered an issue, they didn’t hesitate to step in and resolve it right away by sending a replacement part at no cost. Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy! My order came quick and the assembly was easy! Shortly after my son rode his bike we had issues with the throttle where i emailed customer support and was helped immediately! Thanks tuttio

Overall great customer service
Overall great customer service. Bear in mind that they are based in china and so it may take a day between replies. I submitted my video evidence of a problem in both .MOV and .AVI and they accepted both. they graciously provided me with a replacement battery which is a relief as I was worried I'd have to spend $900 for a new battery.
