Tuttio is one of the best bikes on the market. At one point there was no bike better than it for the price. This bike still has the best quality.

Good customer service! My sons arc tuttio bike had some issues and I emailed them back and fourth a couple times and they diagnosed our problem. And will be sending us new parts to solve our problems! Thank you for helping us out as soon as possible. Greatly appreciate it. My son loves his tuttio and can’t wait to enjoy this summer with it!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this was bad enough that I had to say something. Bought a Soleil for my son back in October. Took about a month and a half to even show up, which was already annoying. But the real problem started after we got it. Less than two weeks in, the battery failed—and actually caught fire in our garage. Not overheating, not “a little issue”—an actual fire. Luckily we caught it in time, but it could’ve been way worse. Tried contacting customer support right away. Sent a ton of emails over the next few weeks. Either no response or just getting the runaround. No real help, no solution, nothing. Started digging into this company and found out we’re definitely not the only ones. There are reports of similar battery issues, especially here in California. That’s honestly scary. Also noticed they claim to be BBB accredited, but there’s no record of them. That’s a huge red flag. To make things worse, a neighbor bought another model (Lova) from them and paid about $500 more—and it actually performs worse. I’ve even seen what looks like the same bike selling online for a few hundred bucks. At this point, it just feels like a scam.
