Was looking for a starter e-bike my son (6)could ride through the trails and one I could ride with him that he could grow into. The Solei GB & Arc-1 package was perfect. Capable bikes at a fair price, delivered quickly & easy to assemble. Very happy with the purchase & would highly recommend.

My son has been enjoying his Tuttio
My son has been enjoying his Tuttio. He has the Glacier blue model and he loves the color. It's not even a year old and we have had a few things break on it but the cost to replace them wasn't too bad. Just recently the shocks went completely out in the front. Customer service has been fast and sufficient.

My son loves his Tuttio
My son loves his Tuttio! Unfortunately, we’ve had some mechanical things happen (he rides it ALOT) but Tuttio has always been great with their customer service and quick to respond and help when we’ve reached out.

Use my bike for commuting
Use my bike for commuting. Works good when it doesn't break. Tuttio support usually fixes things after a long process. Found them on IG.

1000 miles and still running
Bought the ict last year my son has put over 1000 miles on it the thing is a beast and with gas prices being high it’s a great way to save on fuel. The motor did go out after the 1000 miles and they were quick to send me a new motor and a video showing how to replace it, it was very simple and swapped the motor out bikes running great until the throttle went out but they were quick to respond and getting a replacement.
