My son enjoys riding the bike, customer service is pretty responsive and detailed if you need replacement parts. Easy to put together and sturdy.

Tuttio Support is timely and helpful
Tuttio Support is timely and helpful We received our bike in the timeline promised. The throttle began sticking after a week. It may have been bc my son had to put it down. In explaining the problem, Tuttio's service team has been extraordinary - replying every day with assurance they're going to help, clear instructions, and in the end sending us a new throttle for no cost.
