Tuttio checks all the boxes
My son and I went down the rabbit hole of e-moto bikes and I felt most confident going w a tuttio. We weighed what a mom wants and what a 14yo boy wants and it won. It arrived as expected and took about two hours to put together. We all love it!

The Tuttio technical support team was fantastic!
The Tuttio technical support team was amazingly efficient and helped take care of all of our needs.. my son really likes his Tuttio ICT and we are satisfied with the support we’ve received!

The Tuttio ICT is an awesome bike
The Tuttio ICT is an awesome bike! For the price you can not beat the power that you get and the quality, along with the 4 piston hydraulic brakes make this a steal. Also customer support when you need it is 5 star!!

excellent customer service
After having the ebike for a month or so, my son flipped it trying to ride a wheelie. It sat in the garage all winter till i decided to try and possibly get it welded. I saw that the frame actually had a 2 yr warranty so i contacted Tuttio. They sent me a frame,front and rear triangle. I had to pay shipping. I transferred everything to the new frame and then the bike didn't work. I got a communication error. I contacted Tuttio and they sent me a new controller, and several other electrical components. I replaced just the controller and the bike is back up and running. I did have to pay shipping. Customer support was great!

Great Bike.. Amazing Customer Service.
Purchased the Tuttio Adria 26 last year it is a very strong and sturdy bike for the cost. Unfortunately the battery had an issue with shutting off after storage in winter, however the Customer Service team was amazing and with a small shipping fee, sent me a brand new battery. Fixed the problem and I’m back on the trails.
