Bike is amazing
Bike is amazing! Between the printed instructions and the YouTube instructions assembly was easy enough. I had an assembly question and their customer service department contacted me back immediately to follow up.

My 15yo son loves riding his E-bike…
My 15yo son loves riding his E-bike with friends. Upon having an issue with error codes and motor noises we emailed customer service for help. They determined that a replacement motor is needed and we will be awaiting its delivery. Update: after replacing several overpriced parts that break within a few weeks including front and rear brakes I have changed my rating. We requested a replacement brake d/t it breaking within 2 weeks of purchase. They are charging me “shipping” $50 discounted to $35 which is excessive. I’d like to just throw the bike in the trash.

Tuttio Soleil 01
I bought a tuttio soleil 01 for my son as a birthday gift. He loves riding it on a dirt path along a bike trail. The differnt modes are great for this. It has great suspension. He has enjoyed riding it everyday.
