Great customer service
Support team was very fast and responsive. I was asked to send a video of the issue I was having and it was addressed immediately. We are new to the tuttio world and we are very pleased with the customer support we received.

Amazing customer service
My son is absolutely obsessed with his e-bike! He’s had it for over a year and has ridden it constantly without any issues. Recently, the forks broke, and I was worried about how difficult it might be to get help. Thankfully, their customer service was amazing. They responded very quickly, were extremely helpful throughout the process, and made everything easy to resolve. It’s refreshing to find a company that not only makes a great product but also stands behind it with excellent customer support. We couldn’t be happier with both the bike and the service. Highly recommend!

tuttio customer service
I purchased the tuttio 0 1 for my 11-year-old son and has been the king of the neighborhood he has been writing it extremely well and has been really tough on it we have had very minimal issues but when things have broken the customer service has been extremely helpful and on top of things. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

Tuttio customer service is great.
Thank you tuttio for being so helpful. The tuttio ict is really a great ebike. I really like this ebike, even though I had a set back with the tuttio ict. I still like this bike i do enjoy riding this bike to work and on the weekends.
