You are not stuck with the mattress ordered but may request the exchange of single layers to establish the best comfort. The customer service is very responsive, providing fast replacements no questions asked. We really have a great two week experience both with the quality of the materials and the feel on the mattress. Nice to see that it has a quality label from our home state in Germany, LGA Bayern. This is where we started with Latex mattresses about 30 years ago before we moved to the US. Good to be back on Latex after many „too warm" years on memory foam! Needless to mention we feel good about the sustainability/ ecosystem aspects. We wish Turmerry much success in the future!

This pillow is ideal for those who sleep on their back or side. It has greatly reduced the stiffness in my neck, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I adore it.

I'm a side sleeper with lots of physical issues that make finding the right mattress and / or topper really difficult. I ordered the Turmerry 1 1/4 inch soft egg crate topper as a topper for another topper I already had which was just a little too unyielding for my needs. While the egg crate side didn't quite work for me, turning it around with flat side up seems to have done the trick. I'm happy with the product and how well the company treated me when I had questions. As another review said, they went above and beyond to help!
