I purchased the Queen soft topper and a mattress cover. When i was looking to buy this I also checked Amazon that was offering the same products with guaranteed shipping arrival in 4 days. I ended up buying from Turmerry because they were only projecting 7 days for more item to arrive. My items did not arrive for almost 3 weeks!! when they did finally arrive they were not in new packaging. The cover was already placed on the topper and did not appear new and the topper had a tear in it. Additionally when I placed it on my queen bed it appeared too small like maybe made for FULL not Qn. After sleeping on it for a couple of weeks I noted shoulder and hip pain so I reached out and said I wanted to exchange it. I also told them about the size concern and tear in cover. They asked me to first send pictures of the size which I did. They then respond and ask me to send additional pictures with a measuring tape in it and aligned with mattress. So disassembled my bed and took those pictures and provided again. They then said fine now to be able to exchange it I had to take it to be donated and video myself donating and providing a donation receipt. They said once that was done they would refund my cc and then I could rebuy the topper I wanted. All I wanted was an exchange! I wanted to send them back the topper and exchange it for a medium softness topper. I felt that it should be on them to dispose or donate the topper I was returning. I told them giving me more work and requiring me to donate it and then wait weeks for a replacement was not customer service and a reasonable resolution. This mind you was 2 weeks after having it not anywhere near the 120 days. They wouldn't budge. All they would offer was 10% discount on my original purchase. I was so tired of dealing with them at that point that i took it and cut my losses. I wished that I had just ordered it from Amazon. they would have done a free return or exchange. Needless to say but I will not be ordering with Turmerrry again.

Everything from start to finish was absolutely excellent the product is unbelievable I bought a 4-inch flippable soft medium mattress topper and I'm sleeping like I haven't slept in a long long time thank you very much

I recently bought 2 different organic pillows from Turmerry—shredded latex and wool. They are absolutely the most comfortable pillows and I love knowing they are made toxin-free. I highly recommend these pillows! I’m so grateful for companies that understand the importance of non-toxic bedding and are creating companies to support it. Thank you!

Turmerry, is a scam, I returned their pillow back to them refused, I wasn't aware that they didn't put their returned address, they putca fake address in the same city, and the package got lost, I returned it and they have billed my credit card for $75.00 this is a horrible bad business that uses bad business practices to try and force me to pay for something I don't owe. I don't have their pillow, they are a low class scheming scamming bad horrible business and I don't recommend them to anyone. Be beware of this horrible business, I believe they got their pillow back and are trying to make me pay for a pillow I don't have.

The pillows are such high quality and shipped super quickly even with me ordering multiple at once. I wish I found them earlier. They have made a profound difference in my sleep.

I ordered a shredded latex pillow from Turmerry. The company claims on their website that this pillow is 100% organic Oeko-Tex 100 certified latex and certified organic cotton. However, there is no label, no number, not even a tag or logo on the pillow. There was no packaging or authentication in the box. (Other reviewers have indicated similar surprise at the lack of ANY identification upon receiving this pillow). There was nothing in the box except for the pillow wrapped in a sheath of plastic. More so, the pillow has a STRONG chemical odor that has not dissipated after eight days, in which time I aired the pillow outdoors for over 12 hours. I have purchased organic latex products from other companies and this strong chemical odor with the Turmerry pillow is NOT normal and not the typical "woodsy/campfire" smell of truly natural latex. The fact that there is no labeling on the pillow, nor any labeling included with the pillow is very concerning along with the chemical off-gassing of this supposedly organic product. The concern is the company is advertising on the website/sales pages that this is organic Oeko-Tex certified latex, but the actual product is devoid of any certs and the terrible chemical off-gassing (CANNOT sleep on this pillow) further indicates something's very wrong.
