TURBROReviews of turbro.com

It’s my 2nd year with the flat panel type heater in white. Got it for a Black Friday price and I thought this was a fake retailer scam, the next day. But it arrived in a few days. Looks stylish. Makes a little clicking sound sometimes now when heating up.

When I had issues with my AC, TURBRO were very prompt in responding to my emails and gave me all the support I needed

I received this product undamaged. Easy to put together. Good value. My remote didn't work and you need it to really work the fireplace. I was sent a new one with no hassles from the manufacturer.

Bought two space heaters from Turbro within the last year. Both work great and were reasonably priced ($75). Recently, I needed a replacement part for one of the heaters. Customer service responded quickly and I received the new part within 1-2 days. Installed perfectly and the heater w/ the issue works just like new again.

My only issue with my air conditioner that was not starting/running properly was that I had spent time with a very kind customer service rep on the phone to troubleshoot then was contacted by another representative when we couldn’t fix the problem. I sent photos and descriptions of the process I used to try and start it along with error codes, but had to send a video in order to proceed with a solution. The video was too large to send via email, tried the link that was sent to me that wasn’t successful so I had to find someone to help me shrink the size in order to send it. The customer service people were very kind and I received prompt responses. I’m sure for many people, being able to shrink down a very large video wouldn’t be a problem, but for me in order to get satisfaction, a video was necessary. I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service people and their promptness. The necessity to send a video was the only reason I gave this a four stars instead of five.

Great customer service. We had a few dings in our fireplace from shipping. The communication was quick and efficient and handled the situation. Having a company care about their customer service is so rare these days and they went above and beyond.

This company has some of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I had an issue with my fireplace insert (which was purchased on Amazon over a year ago). Their initial response to my concern was timely and helpful. It quickly became apparent that the problem was serious and before i knew it a new fireplace insert appeared at my door!!! And even after that they took the time to make sure it had arrived. Unbelievable!!!! These guys are AMAZING! And by the way I love my insert!

Great Service The unit itself seems to have an issue with the thermostat not shutting off properly but otherwise, it does what it's supposed to do and seems well designed. The company was very responsive to the issue and gave me options to exchange it or to give me a discount. It was during a heatwave so I opted to keep it. The main thing is that they were quick to respond and took full responsibility. It was easy to work with them. They care about their customer.
