Purchased (2) TURBRO Greenland 8000 BTU portable ac with de-humidifer. one worked great. needed help from Yuki who was able to guide me through troubleshooting on 2nd unit. It only needed the use of the remote control which I hadn't used yet to reconvert readings from Celsius back to Fahrenheit which helped determine why the condenser wasn't turning on. It works great now. much appreciated!!!

I was pleasantly surprise at the level of customer service I received from Turbro. I had a minor issue with shipping damage that broke one of the swivel wheels. I also had some confusion over setting up the drain tubes. Marcia was very responsive sending follow-up emails to check on my progress getting everything working as needed. In my experience, customer service has been on the decline. So, it was great to be treated so well.

When our fireplace remote failed to operate we contacted customer service. Customer Service Representative Yuki helped us every step of the process to resolve the problem. The remote has been replaced and working perfectly. Excellent customer service.

The remote for my electric fireplace died & there was no warranty. I easily and quickly got a replacement directly from Turbro It's working great so far.
