Ordering and delivery were straightforward, and it arrived in excellent condition via Amazon. The install instructions were very clear and “point on.” The only improvement I’d suggest is adding a few more pictures to make certain installation steps easier to visualize. On performance, the unit cools great in hot temperatures. Heating performance still needs more time to evaluate since cold-weather testing hasn’t happened yet. Installation Notes + What Actually Happened Customer service was the main issue—not the product itself. At first, customer service didn’t seem to understand my problem or what I needed to complete the install. Once I explained that I purchased the unit through Amazon, the tone changed and support became less actionable. The specific need in my case was not a missing standard part that arrived later—it was that my install required an extra “sponge” material to complete the fit properly. When I didn’t receive it in time, the packing sponge I had on hand from the shipment became the solution. I created a part out of the extra packing sponge to complete the installation, and I used it in place of what was needed to finish the job correctly. As of the review I still haven’t heard from them regarding the back order. Customer Service Review (Corrected) Customer service may not be immediately helpful if they don’t clearly understand your specific issue at the start. In my case, they seem to be they didn’t care after I clarified the Amazon purchase, and even then the needed item was tied up by back-order. Final Verdict I recommend purchasing this unit for its cooling performance and solid, accurate installation instructions. Just go in knowing that customer service support may not move quickly at first, and if you rely on replacement parts, there’s a chance you could run into back-order timelines. Overall: great cooling product—plan ahead for install supplies/parts support in case customer service is slow to resolve your exact need.

Update: after several communications, a manager sent a detailed response and apology and resolved the pricing issue to honor the offered price. As a result of what appeared to be a genuine response, I purchased the product on Amazon and will update this further if my opinion changes. I still believe their website is bogus pricing, but unfortunately that seems common for many companies. My purchase was on Amazon and I could not recommend purchasing directly on their website even with their good customer service response. This is a review of their pricing practices. Although not alone, they use bogus pricing, claiming that something is on sale. When really they are trying to price it higher then you can buy it elsewhere. For example, they claim an MSRP and then offer a 25 or 20% discount which actually makes it more expensive than if you bought it from Amazon or Home Depot or other places. I know we’re all used to this, but it’s just dishonest. It also is something that everyone should know because buying directly from them will cost you money, including shipping costs and other things that you lose from buying from a retailer. You would think if you bought directly from the manufacturer, you could save money, but definitely that is not the case under their current pricing for that reason I give them three stars as I communicated directly with them to try to give them an opportunity to correct the misleading pricing, and they did not do so, but continued to try to charge me more than the price charged when they sell through big retailers.

First heat pump was faulty. A replacement was quickly delivered and has been running for almost 24 hours with no issues. Very easy to operate. Customer service folks were very prompt and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend Turbro.

I purchased a mini split system a few months ago and unfortunately my ac inverter was faulty. I reached out to support regarding the warranty and within a few days they shipped me a brand new outdoor inverter unit, free of cost. You can rest assured that this is a company that honors its warranty on their products.

My intial encounter with one of the representatives was a bit unhelpful, but Sky over the span of few days was able to review my request for a replacement able to happen and a few days later it came into the mail. It was shipped quickly. Thank you.

My initial experience was one of a defective device, but once I contacted support and sent a video confirming the issue TURBRO immediately sent out a new one free of charge! Bravo.

I received a defective dehumidifier, customer care team took care of it right away and we received a replacement just two days. As of now everything is working as it should be. The unit feels sturdy, straight forward and it being available in multiple colors help to choose smt to match my decor. I use it for my basement and although my basement is small I don’t regret choosing a larger size. One thing I will complain about is the delivery time. A replacement should have a faster ship time. I think it took about a week or longer. Not exactly sure but that’s the reason for 4 stars.

I had a problem when I received my misting fan. Custom service quickly replaced it and fast. Only negative is the battery life is far, far ess than advertised with both the fan and pump running. Impressive design. Recommend Turbo.
