Yes my heater came in and the package wad short screws put the legs on the heater. I sent an email and explain what had happened and got a response back the very same day. Within four days I had to replacement screws and everything went great. I highly recommend the product and they have excellent customer service

Had an issue with a broken wheel. Contacted support who got me a new one in 48hrs. Super service.

The 1st of the year I bought a 28" Fireplace, but didn't install it until March-ish.. A couple weeks ago I developed an obnoxious noise. I emailed the Company and they asked for a video and SN#, a few days later they sent a Tracking Number for a replacement. After it arrived I received a follow up to make sure everything was taken care of. Great Customer Service and I love the look and the way the Fireplace works. Special Thanks to Marcia and the entire Crew at Turbo. !st class Customer Care and Products. I see more of them in my future.
