This was the best company I've ever worked with. Box was damaged and missing a part when delivered and they had a replacement for me within a week! I bought barn door hardware and they are really beautiful! I bought 4 sets and will order again from this company!

I love my little fireplace. It's so pretty and it really warms the room well. We have it in our main room at our camp, about 500 Sq feet. and it does a good job. When we started hearing some abnormal sounds from our fireplace, I contacted the company and they made it very easy to verify the problem and replace my in warranty product. I would highly recommend Tubro for their products and excellent customer service.

Love my new fireplace. It came on time and really like it. Who knew fake flames could be so awesome?

Wonderful fireplace insert - the embers glow and look very realistic, and the heat works great! I would definitely recommend this product if you're looking for a reasonably-priced insert with a lot of great features!

Heater was missing legs. Reached out and they sent the legs right away. Heater looks nice and works warms up the large family room as its only source if heat.

It warms up our room nicely! And looks nice as well. We have only had it for one year so take that into account. The remote stopped working, but the customer service was very responsive and helpful. We are very pleased so far!

I am so pleased and happy with Turbro. I ordered a fireplace heater, and I was missing 2 legs. I emailed customer support-via email, explaining my issue. They promptly responded the following day. They requested a couple of items for proof of purchase and warranty, which I shared. We were in communication daily...I've never had that happen before!! Well, my problem was addressed, remedied and I'm up and running, all in less than ten days! This little fireplace heater is adorable, stylish and very effective. It's not loud, to my hearing standards, warms a room nicely and a lovely addition to my home. Again, thank you for your outstanding customer service and support. I will most definitely purchase from your company again. Respectfully yours, Deborah Bogard
