Needs a -5 review! Outside unit does not work. Multiple emails and calls for a full week during a heat wave, then told to contact the place of purchase. Extremely frustrating! Error codes started 15-20 minutes after install and turning the unit on. HVAC technician checked the unit and stated it was the compressor. Company does not stand behind their warranty or product. $2,000 down the drain.

i bought a new FM-12K230-I indoor unit to go with a newFM- 12K230-O that i bought on Ebay. Turbro would only give me a 10% discount, at the same time they have a 15% discount storewide. Turbro told me the NEW FM-12K230-I did come with any warranty. I have several turbro mini splits (5) and have some good deals. Go figure. dbeal

WARNING!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. They shipped my product to the wrong address and refuse to change it. Why??? That doesn't make any sense.

refusing to process warranty, mini split defective, no useful tech support, support refuses to speak on the phone.

Updated: 2/9/26 The correct remote was finally sent to me. Issue resolved! Bought a fireplace unit a few years ago. This Jan 2025, the remote to the unit stopped working. This unit itself still works, however when we went to use Jan 2025, the remote no longer worked. I saw a few other reviews that said this also. We changed the batteries and jumped through all of the hoops testing it because that’s what custom service wanted. They said that most likely the remote no longer worked so I bought a new one. Well this one doesn’t work either and again, I jumped through hoops with CS. The fireplace insert is not accepting the signal from the remote so I requested a return of remote since unit is out of warranty. More hoops with their CS who insisted to return the remote, I must take a video of both to prove the remotes did not work! I must show there is no red light! Well if the new remote would have worked, I would have kept it! Sent the stupid video game of both and still no RMA! Called them and got the same spiel, except now I have to answer more questions and send ANOTHER video of the PACKAGING the remote came in! I will NEVER do business with this company again. I’m going to report them to Amazon. I don’t recommend you buy from them.

I have purchased two heaters from this company and within 6 months, both products heating elements stopped working and they weren’t even used very much. The company refused to take responsibility for their poor product and their only solution was that I “purchase another one of their products”. I will never support this company again and I pray you don’t fall victim to their garbage product and even worse customer support.

Company is shady and plays a lot of games, Will not honor warranty .

Bought an AC unit from them, unit stopped working, contacted customer service before the one year warranty was over, followed all instructions. They took so long to reply my warranty expired and now they won't honor it.
