I ordered an electric fireplace from Amazon. When we moved, I lost the remote. The fireplace was still functional but I couldnt adjust the temp. I contacted customer service to ask if I could order a replacement remote. Nothing generic about the response. I was dealing with a real person. They promptly sent me a new remote to my new address at no cost! They were beyond kind through the entire experience, updating me on shipping, asking how it worked, treating ME like a person! It was outstanding. Truly mindblowing experience. Very thankful.
