Britney was absolutely amazing! My fireplace remote was missing when I received my fireplace from Amazon. Amazon could not resolve the issue so I reached out to TURBRO myself and Britney listened and was so kind and I received my remote in days. I had received a damaged product and after we got all the information verified and authenticated my purchase was immediately refunded as well as my expenditure to return item to factory. Had a unit that stopped working. Contacted Turbro customer service and through a few emails my problem was resolved and I was issued a brand new unit with full guarantee on it. I received my new fireplace heater yesterday and so far am loving it. Britany the rep is a very professional asset to their company.
