I purchased a cream colored electric fireplace from Turbo via Amazon in December and unfortunately the heater stopped working a few days ago. Marcia, the CSR, for Turbro, who worked with me when I notified the company about this, was considerate and remedied my issue by giving me a refund due to the fact the cream fireplaces would not be available until September and I needed the fireplace sooner than that. I'm like the fireplace we had until it broke but I liked even more the treatment received from Marcia and her company in addressing my problem so quickly and to my satisfaction. Service like this is reflective of how good the company is when they value their customers as they did with me.

Turbo is amazing in both product and customer service! My fireplace/heater is attractive, safe, and effective. Customer service is there for you immediately. This will be my “go to gift” for special people.

I was missing 2 legs for my heater and the company shipped them to me very quickly. The communication and friendly customer service representative was great. So nice to have a company stand behind their products.

Not only do I love my TURBRO heater because of it's attractive appearance but it is also efficient in putting out the heat while being compact. In addition to my heater being wonderful is TURBRO's wonderful customer service. I had a problem with the heater and customer service went above and beyond to ensure that it was corrected. I will remain a lifelong and loyal customer and recommend them highly.

I purchased an outdoor heater and fire bowls for my outdoor patio. I love all of them, they have created the perfect ambiance! The pricing is wonderful compared to many other brands I have taken the time to compare. The outdoor heater warms up *very* quickly and gives off a lot of heat. It is a product that I would expect to sell for a much higher price. When I came across any questions or issues with the products, Terry and everyone on the customer service team were helpful, friendly and very quick to respond and resolve everything. Excellent company, 5 stars!!

Great product (In Flames INF28-3D fireplace insert) that encountered a small issue a year after purchase. Customer service supplied me with a brand new unit free of charge and I only had to send a video and the serial number, saving me the hassle of returning a bulky item. Thanks Turbro!

The customer service at Turbro is phenomenal. I had purchased an Eternal Flame heater for my elderly mother’s bedroom. Turns out the the unit had a defect that caused a loud sound not fit for a bedroom. I sent them an email and was surprised that they offered to refund or replace the unit. I opted for a replacement and it was shipped out quickly. They really stand by their product and word. No hassle at all.
