My portable a/c kept giving me the Fe code and I kept emptying it. I decided to email Turbro since I had bought the a/c just under a year ago. They talked me through a couple of options to fix it and when that did not work, they just sent me a new one. This summer will not be as bad as I thought it would. I would buy again. Great customer service from Britany.

Needed a replacement remote for one of the fireplace log sets. Found the correct item on the website easily, placed the order and voila! ... showed up as promised in less than a week. Habe eine mobile Klimaanlage über Amazon bestellt. Mit dabei sollten 3 Schienen sein, mit denen man den Abluftschlauch am Fenster fixieren kann, davon fehlten jedoch 2 Schienen. Den Verkäufer daraufhin kontaktiert und es wurde schnell und freundlich alles geklärt und die fehlenden Teile nachgesendet. Sehr zufrieden mit dem Service

I contacted the support regarding my new TURBRO 14,000 BTU Smart Wi-Fi Portable Air Conditioner. The support I received was excellent. The support representative was very knowledgeable regarding the portable Airconditioner. I was really amazed by the fast and Powerful Cooling of the new TURBRO 14,000 BTU Smart Wi-Fi Portable Air Conditioner. I am very thankful for the latest engineering design of the window exhaust kit; it really works well and seals off the air. The installation was very easy for me a DIY. The downloading of the AIRIA app and set up to connect to Wi-Fi was also very easy. Now I can operate this pretty portable AC manually on the unit's control panel, with the included remote control, or with the AIRIA app and also with Google Assistant or Alexa. So far everything works very well, and I am very happy with this unit. I believe that everyone should have one of these as a backup air-conditioner, in case of a major power failure, so that you can feel good with the help of a small generator. This 3-in-1 AC delivers powerful relief from the summer heat. I checked the output air temperature and saw that it went down to 0.1 degree Fahrenheit; which means that the evaporator and compressor are of very high quality. It also works as a fan if needed. If you experience a high percentage of Relative Humidity, you can set it up in the dehumidifier mode to dry the air and get rid of the excess moisture. I try to get the RH at 50%. Overall this Greenland Series portable AC is a great product. I sincerely recommend this to anyone in the market for a portable air conditioner.

The first unit we received had a few issues, and after the seller on Amazon could not resolve (could only offer a return for a full refund) I reached out to Turbro directly. After a few emails with one of their representatives, Wilson, Turbro offered to replace the fireplace. The customer service was top notch - quick response time and very helpful. The new unit works great! The child lock is a key function that comparable items don't offer.
