My electric fireplace developed a minor problem and I contacted Turbro support for help. I received a response within an hour, and after a few emails back and forth Turbro solved the problem. A very impressive level of service.

To begin,unit was canceled, it was out for delivery then boom,canceled, hottest days in history. Another week later I received it. It worked as intended for around 3wks,it stopped cooling. Contacted co.had to jump through all these hoops with pics and so forth. About a week later I received a replacement. Kudos to customer service, fairly quick to address an issue but not so sure about the quality of the product.

My first order was stolen at my apartment complex because fed ex left in lobby without notifying me. Turbo replaced at no charge and was delivered promptly by fed ex and now I have installed and works great

I had a problem where the exhaust fan broke and called for a replacement part. It was not possible to buy just the part I needed, so they replaced the whole unit. They certainly went above and beyond my expectations and the customer service was efficient and very quick. I highly recommend this air conditioner and the people who stand behind it.

I had an issue with my 14k BTU Greenland unit. They replaced it and haven’t had an issue since! Great customer service

Purchased the Turbro GL12K230 mini split set direct from Turbro. I had read through discussions before buying, gained some insight into the manufacturing end of the units, since it's a new company. Sounded like they were coming from the same factories as known reputable brands, and the quality was reported to be on par. The price was too good to resist. The entire thing will be more than free after both local and federal rebates it qualifies for. Shipping was quick, it arrived within two days. There was some shipping damage to the condenser. Turbro customer support was incredible through the process, and the replacement arrived before all the tools I ordered for the install. Email support was responsive, competent and streamlined the process, so no complaints. It was a fairly straightforward, easy install. The AC is ice cold, and it does it practically in silence. Huge lifestyle upgrade over the noisy window AC. Also has a high efficiency heat rating, so it will offset our oil furnace in the winter, offering warmth at a fraction of the price. Would love to have one in every room, our second mini split will probably be a Turbro. The 23 Seer2 rating is phenomenal, it cools our home silently, and using less electricity. With energy rebates, its a no brainer. Everyone should have one of these. The only install difficulty was connecting to the wifi app. Tech support provided instructions not found anywhere else, and those instructions worked perfectly. If you're having the same issue, press display on the remote 6 times in 8 seconds, then add it in AP pairing mode.

So i bought the 14000 btu greenland portable AC and it ran great for 2 weeks. Well, how it got damaged and it wouldnt turn on anymore. I contacted turn to and their service was amazing. They gave me clear directions and helped me troubleshot the AC. We went through every possible issue and i very much appreciated their time and patience because im not good with fancy tech.

I purchased Turbro Greenland 10,000 BTU unit and was satisfied until my unit stopped cooling but after reaching out to customer service I was assisted by Wilson who guided me through the process of getting a replacement unit and so far the unit has been perfect.
