This company was so generous and on target with sending me a new remote for my electric log when mine crashed and became unusable! I was devastated and they came to my rescue expediently with a New TURBRO remote! I love the updates and communication they provided during this transaction! I contacted the company, sent requested photos, and within a few days received a new remote. The company kept me apprised of every step and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Great customer care! I ordered an ‘open box’ electric log heater and it came with the top open and one piece of tape across it and the remote was missing. I messaged customer service to let them know the condition it arrived in and ask that they send me a remote. My rep was Lyvia and she didn’t hesitate to send a remote right away. I appreciated her quick response and action.

I bought this Fireplace Insert a year ago. A few days ago it suddenly stopped working. I reached out to customer service, and they sent detailed instructions on how to take it apart and repair it.
