Very satisfied with the service we received. Even though we did have an issue with our fireplace unit they were quick to respond and resolve it. We will continue to purchase their products and recommend others.

My dog chewed the remote of a fireplace insert I just received. So I emailed Turbro, They were immediately helpful and sent me a new remote within days! Great customer service! Thank you so much Lyvia!

I had one of their electronic fireplace heaters and the heating element stopped at just two days shy of a year, which was the warranty period. So I reached out and after a very easy troubleshooting step they happily sent me a new one with no trouble. New one works great, just like the old one for most of its lifespan. Very pleased with the service.

They assisted me with a non working product within warranty still, and asked for some videos and sent me instructions on how to fix it, but when that didn't work they replaced the product with a brand new one. All within timely manner. I was pleased with their efforts.

Customer service with turbro has been very helpful resolving the issues with my stove. I have received a refund.i would give customer service 5 stars. The product itself is the problem. I have had my REPLACEMENT stove for 10 months. I had to get a replacement because the first one lost its ability to produce any heat. The replacement was Mailed and arrived in mid to late January of this year. I used it a few times last winter and then it sat waiting for the summer. I just put it on and NO HEAT. I have requested a refund and I hope they will honor my request. Both stoves only lasted a few months before the died.

My mini fireplace heater broke unexpectedly and I reached out to turbo customer support for help. They were very responsive and after a few emails they decided to replace my heater at no charge. They even checked in to make sure the new one was delivered and working well. I was very satisfied with the experience. My home office gets freezing during winter and I legitimately use the product daily from November-February.
