Tenant Fees Charged
I just signed a lease with a landlord that uses Turbotenant and used my credit card to pay for the deposit and cleaning fee. I was charged 3.49% convenience fee, which I was not told about. I am concerned that once I start paying my rent, I will be charged $83.00 over my rent fee.

Hi Mary! We reached out to you via email, the 3.49% fee is a standard credit card processing fee across the industry, and unfortunately, it's not something we have control over. If you'd prefer to avoid the fee, you can always pay via ACH (bank transfer), which is free to use through TurboTenant. Let us know if you need help getting that set up!
