Keeping everything in one place and providing legally prepared leases and providing great marketing. I do wish it would be more clear about how to send the leases when completed.

I have used TurboTenant for the past several years and find that it supplies my needs as a Landlord. It is very important to pre-screen and then screen prospects further before giving out keys. This saves tons of headaches with Tenants in the future.

The app is very reliable, easy to use once you understand its features. I used the app to list the property and it was easy, I got some random applicants but ultimately it was helpful because I found my tenants through the listing. The tenants said it was easy for them to navigate the app. I was able to quickly see their credit score and pay stubs. The messaging feature between the tenants and I is great because we can keep track of communication there. I would give it five stars if they included paper applications for older non tech savvy applicants and applications and leases in Spanish.

"Renting out a house for the first time can feel daunting. However, TURBO TENANT made the process very smooth. The step-by-step guidance, along with providing and sending the correct paperwork for signing, made a huge difference. After finding the right tenants, Turbo Tenant continues to take care of my house by sending information on when they pay. I recommend Turbo Tenant, is great!

First of all just to tell you a little bit of my background I bought a three Tenant over 30 years ago and I’ve been inquiring other properties for my investment. I never really use anything like this going into different seminars for real estate investment properties. There’s always someone to sell you this and sell you that will tell you to use this or tell you to use that. I must say Turbo Tenant has a great dashboard as the owner. I don’t really use it as much as the people in my office, taking care of my properties but lately I’ve been using it more and more and I am thrilled by being able to maneuver pretty well while using it
