Would give it a negative 1 if possible! They do not vet the landlords using the service.That should be just as important as it is for tenants as it might cut out at least some of the cartel activity! The experience I had was to run strait into Drug and Prostitution activity.In total it cost me 1200 out of pocket so do your homework before using this service!

I simply want to register as a new renter. I've followed the instructions and have continually been bounced back to the beginning to initiate verification. I have reached out for assistance but didn't get any useful help. I have spent way too much time on this problem. I have no other options and can no longer spend any more time on this site.

First off, I am a new landlord. I set up an account and it was IMMEDIATELY flagged and restricted. I filed an appeal and they responded that they cannot lift it without giving ANY credible reason! I believe it was my name they seen and knew I was a person of color so they denied me. Here is there “REASON” “ After a careful review of your case, we’re writing to let you know that we won't be able to lift the restriction on your account. We know this is incredibly disappointing news, and we’re genuinely sorry we can't offer a different outcome. Please know that our team did not make this decision lightly. We have completed a comprehensive review and are unable to revisit this outcome or process further appeals for this account.”- RIDA. She did NO real research gave no valid reasoning whatsoever.

As a landlord I really appreciate having TurboTenant . It's a very good place to advertise our properties. We can post pictures and descriptions of available properties. They distribute those ads to their other online companies so it gets wider view. Prospective tenants can complete a pre-screener so you can see if the person would be an appropriate fit for your property. A time saver for us is that we can send them pre-written replies, depending on the situation. We can also send out our own application or TurboTenant's application. We can also set it so TurboTenant stores our leases and tenants can pay their monthly rent through the app. There is a basic free version or you can choose to pay for extra features. It's been very helpful to us. We would recommend it!

Company provides terrible service unless landlords subscribe to paid tiers. Chat service takes hours to get basic questions answered, many times with no resolutions. "Kevin F" aka KFlow in particular is exceptionally rude and offensive. Would not recommend.

Turbotenant's makes keeping up with rental expenses and rents extremely efficient. I love that it automatically sends rent payment notices and reminders each month. I have also been very happy with their customer service. They have been responsive and helpful each time I've needed assistance with navigating the software and doing tasks... this compels me to continue using their service.

Trash site sends emails a week before rent is due. This is harassment because they won't stop, even if you request that they do. Basically , they're just harassing you trying to get you to sign up for autopay. Read their lame, stupid reply. Why can't they turn them off? I send all their trash emails to spam. Highly NOT recommended!
