Horrible customer experience or lack thereof
This company sold me 2 electric bikes, and one of them has had issues right out of the box. I spoke on the phone to some less than helpful foreigners who claimed to be from the US, though I don't believe we have people in this country so hard to understand. I probably spoke to at least 3 different individuals and they all sounded foreign and hard to understand. They promised I would get a call from a supervisor at least 5 times over 3 months, but it never happened. They expected me to make a box or something to ship it back in as my wife and her friends put it together while I was out of town and immediately threw the box away. If they would have sent the replacement bike then I could have returned the defect in the replacement box. They said they would send parts, but never did, and said they would send me an extra this and that for all my troubles. It has been 10 months and I am still waiting. If ever they fix this issue I will change my review to favorable but its obvious they don't care. For now I would caution all not to buy from this place.

This is unacceptable, and we will do whatever it takes to improve. We wrote to you in March to get your confirmation of the return address of your product, but apparently something went wrong during our communication because we didn't hear from you again until seven months later, when you wrote back once again, resulting in the delay in your return request. Thank you for allowing us to apologize again for everything you went through. We understand that our offer of reimbursement was not good enough for you. It is appreciated that you put up with our customer service representatives. It was not expected that this diverse group would cause you any discomfort. We will also arrange more training sessions so that their service brings you a higher level of satisfaction. Have a great day.
