Fraudulent company. I ordered from TurboAnt in early June for one of their electric scooters. It has not arrived. I have proof from FEDEX that they have lost it, but these people will not send any refund. AVOID Edit: After 2 and a half months they finally sent the refund. Staff had responded to most of the emails I sent promptly, and looks like it was not an issue with them but with the platform they were using that caused them the delay.

I bought Turboant's X7 Pro electric scooter the last week of February of 2023. In the past 4 months, the back tire popped twice (first month of use), to which their response was they do not cover tires but can send a replacement pair for the cost of $40. I had inquired about solid tires to prevent further tire troubles to which they convinced me to purchase a pair for $70. The solid tires took almost 3 weeks to be delivered which basically made my purchase of the scooter a waste. Once the tires were delivered, instead of referring me to a preferred repair shop, they just emailed me lengthy, complicated YouTube videos on how to fix their scooter's tires on your own. Once the solid tires were finally installed (last week of May) I had a full week and a half of smooth riding. Then one day coming home from work the scooter started to decelerate then proceeded to cut off while riding along traffic. At first I thought I was holding the power button but when i tried to turn it back on the screen came on for about 3 seconds then turned off again. When I emailed them again this time insisting that my warranty be honored and scooter repaired/replaced by the company, they emailed me troubleshooting tips on what the issue MIGHT be. Then after trying the troubleshooting and emailing them back telling them I do not have the tools required to access the LED controller their response was "We can send you the tools to fix it or why not ask a neighbor?" in a paraphrase. I was going to return it initially after the first incident with the back tire but they refused to refund me since I no longer had the box it came in It seems they only email you early in the morning around 5AM EST and are using emails to run out the year in which the warranty covers. Conceptually, the scooter is supposed to provide easier means of local travel but the consumer should not have to fix their own scooter if a warranty which covers the problems is purchased.
