Tufina WatchesReviews of tufinawatches.com

Reasonable price. Cool design. Recognition of technology. This is my first overseas direct search There were many difficulties, but the staff kindly guided me and helped a lot. Great staff who treat customers as much as a great watch. Thank you very much. I highly recommend it.

I purchased the Casablanca Theorema which I’ve given five stars. Because, of it’s exquisite craftsmanship and quality . . . oh, and let’s not forget the price as well. With that said. I’m over the moon about my new Time piece which I received today 9/4/2020 I meant to add it was delivered as stated. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another time piece from Tufina or recommend to someone. Because, I feel their Watches are the best!

Excellent product. Very pleased with my purchase.

I Have bought 6 of these watches over the years. Bought 2 last year. The one I bought in December and was a Marco Polo GM-3005-2 Theorema Germany - Black. It is a great looking watch. However, the watch does not keep proper time and the winder on the side is almost impossible to turn. I have a another one just like it in White and it works flawlessly. After posting an negative review I was having getting in touch with someone to help. The owner reached out to me immediately and directly. Helped me go through the process of filing out the warranty form and sending to the factory. They explained the situation that was the reason why I was having an issue reaching out. I would say the level of customer service is far better than my previous review suggested. I am putting 3 stars for now and will update once the team at the factory in Germany handles the situation. But the treatment from the US side of this company is very much a 5 star experience.

Talk about timeless and accurate!!! Can’t say enough good things about Tufina Watches. I have had my watch for over 10 years and looks and works the same as the day I received it. It looks and sits on my wrist great and is always an eye catcher!! The customer service was one to be taken as an example for other companies. They helped me pick my watch according to my liking!!!

Personally I had an amazing experience buying from Tufina Watches. Their transparency and customer service is number one. The watches are great quality and look amazing. Will definitely buy again and be in contact with the company... AMAZING

Most amazing timepieces I’ve ever had! Absolutely love them. This family owned business is doing something right, they make absolutely stunning watches and sell them at extremely reasonable prices. Worth well more in my opinion. I will continue to support and wear my favorite watch collection every day, and they are all Tufina watches.

TUFINA IS THE NUMBER ONE WATCH MAKER IN THE WORLD!!! I have never been so impressed and pleased with a product as I am with Tufina Watches!!! The quality is astounding, the designs are beautiful and in such detail, the precision is in a league of its own as the BEST timepiece EVER!!! I have purchased other brands previously, but none compare to the excellence of Tufina!! I also have been in contact with the Tufina Care Team and the family owner, and these are the most genuine people that I would have as my personal friends! I have no reason ever to purchase another brand. I am so glad that through my purchases, that I can be part of the Tufina family!!🤗🤗🤗
