I bought a AUTOMATIC PARAGON T-3001-1 THEOREMA for my sons 30th birthday which unfotunately got lost in the courier. We informed Tufina of the issue and they have given a new piece . We highly appreciate the efforts of Marsida the owner without her efforts it would not have happened. We are fully satisfied with the watch and my son is thrilled to have it in his collection Thanks Marsida once again

If you’re gonna read a review please read this honest review. If I could give 6/5 stars, I would. If you appreciate timepieces and the craftsmanship and engineering that goes into a watch like I do, this is the company. I never write reviews for products, even if I’m satisfied with it. But this one I had to, because I’m blown away. This company separates itself from any other watch company and here’s why. The product itself, is not just a watch, it’s a work of art, a flawless masterpiece. Quality, is excellent and a excellent price for what you get. The history behind the company? Breathtaking. Like something you’d read in a story. The buying experience? Like no other. I contacted Tufina, and their customer service team was so down to earth, honest, and friendly. I had the pleasure of speaking with a family member of the company itself, who thoroughly explained how my watch works, and shared cool details and facts about my specific watch. Personally, for me to purchase a watch it has to be very special, and my Tufina watch is exactly that. I care about the history of the company just as much as the quality of the watch and how it looks. Not only do I have the perfect watch, but I have had the opportunity to build a great personal relationship with the company as well, which was very special.
