2. Gets me tons of compliments. Beautiful watch - it’s a big watch that truly makes a statement. I decided to buy this watch and not have to deal with Batteries anymore... It's exactly what I wanted, analog, easy to read. This watch dresses up well. It's fine with the strap it comes with. Super accurate for a mechanical timepiece. Thanks Tufina.

While I gave them the benefit of the doubt a couple months back they have proved to be the absolute WORST in customer service I have ever experienced. Spent the $40 to have it shipped to the German factory on 8-29-20 and still no word and when I do get someone all I hear is how bad German customs is. Really enough. Buyer Beware don't believe the reviews and don't fall for the family history. It is all crap and lies. Safe yourself the frustration and buy a REAL luxury Watch or even an apple watch for that matter. At least they stand behind their products. SO VERY SAD and won't be buying anymore.

The level of their customer service is as superb as their watches. They demonstrated very kind and professional assistance regarding my purchase and they certainly proved that they care about their customers. When making inquiries, you would not feel like you are talking to a machine with an automatic reply, but rather, they will personally assist you with the utmost manner. As someone who values manner and kindness to be the most important quality, I certainly am satisfied by their assistance.

DON’T Recommend it! I bought this watches and they came defected! It also like a fake in reality. The return policy is very strict and the customer service is awful trying to blame it on the client. Very bad experience! If it is possible, I would definitely give them a 0 rate !

Tufina have an amazing range of beautifully designed watches - intricate and hand made. I was taken by the huge range of so many great options. My watch arrived quickly in a nice presentation box. When I had a question, the company replied to my email quickly with a video clip to explain. This is a family company and it shows so Tufina is much more than another company making nice inexpensive watches. The family's heart and soul is obviously in their work.
