I am very sensitive to medications so from the start of treatment Dr Niazi was very helpful, professional and worked closely with me to work on the correct dosage of Semiglutide . Unfortunately, I was not able to tolerate even the micro dose so Dr Niazi recommended stopping the treatment as my health and comfort was most important. I contacted the customer support team and spoke with Joanna who assisted me with other options and also spoke with the service dept and was able to provide a slight refund for the product that had not been opened. Liz was beneficial in guiding me in the new patient information call. The product came quickly, well packaged with clear directions. I definitely recommend Yucca Health. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Quick response to questions.

I’m extremely happy with Yucca Health. Everything was delivered very quickly, which made it easy for me to start my journey right away. The process was simple and smooth from beginning to end, and the customer service has been excellent. I also love that I can choose between a 3-month or 6-month plan, which makes everything so much easier for me since I don’t have time to constantly worry about reordering every month.

Great communication.... very knowledgeable... customer service was top notch from sign up to start of treatment I could not be happier . The follow up call was very positive, friendly, and very encouraging
