The tirzepatide arrived warm after a UPS today delay in 100° Phoenix weather. I tried unsuccessfully all day long to contact Yucca health to do a reshipment. Absolutely no response with a phone number that never gets answered by a person and only a message to email them. I emailed, posted on the support Forum board over and over and got no response whatsoever. I finally notified them to cancel and filed a dispute with my credit card company and decided to go with a different company that was super responsive and spoke to me on the phone. I had personal situation was out of the contry i asked not to send this trestment till i get back to usa they send anyway to my old addres so the treatment rotten on the mail box and got chsrged my credit card the all weekend from friday till Tursday the person didnt care about my situation .. all i say i wish i can sue them Bad example they don’t care about there customers .bad experience 👿

Updated Review. Update 9/28: Yucca flagged this review as defamatory once again, but Trustpilot returned it back onto the website after review. Thank you once again for protecting honest review for this company. Yucca Health had not contacted us for a while after the last communication on 9/2. We had cancelled the product and requested for a refund through our card company for the tirzepatide we never received. Once that request to the card company went through, Yucca Health and VialsRX suddenly sent us the product about 2 weeks later and continued to insist they cannot refund the amount. We reported all these claims to BBB, the card company and are planning to gain more attention from potential users for this incident. Now, having said about Yucca which they ordered their partner VialsRX to send us the product after 2 weeks of silence, we did some research on VialsRX. They are fortunately a registered 503A pharmacy meaning they hold “state registered” license, however they are approved of non-sterile compounding and does not have a reported rights for sterile compounding. If this is true, it makes an illegal operation to compound injectables and thus Yucca is marketing and distributing such item. Please clarify on this claim, and for potential users to double check and research your facts before injecting their product for your own safety. As I cannot upload links to this review, I will be adding some text based references below. I ordered the product the first time I didn’t receive it and I got the product they resend it instead of using it. I didn’t lose anyway I called. I let them know and I spent over $1000 in this treatment that didn’t help me at all I left a bunch of emails and calls and messages and I never got any results on this. I don’t recommend it. I don’t think it’s worth as a single month to be paying so much money for something that doesn’t help you at all.

I did not lose any weight on their tirzepatide. I had great success on semaglutide through a different company 195 lbs down to 160 lbs. when I got off it I gained 10 lbs so I though I would start again on tirzepatide. I was 170 lbs when I started and 180 after 6 months on the Rx provided through yucca health. I actually gained weight. EDIT/UPDATE: After posting this, Yucca Health reached out and admitted that my 6-month lack of results warranted a partial refund of $387.50. However, they then claimed their system (Stripe) wouldn't allow a refund to my card, and refused to send a check, Zelle, or PayPal. Instead, they tried to force me to take "store credit" to buy more of their products in exchange for modifying this review. Buyers beware: if the product doesn't work for you, they will try to buy off your negative review with useless store credit.

Not off to a good start at all. Never got to speak to anyone as requested. The dose I was previously on was not an option on your page. I also wanted to ask about the peptides but zero response. Instead , product was sent to me without even getting to speak to someone and the product sat outside my door for 48 hours. I will not be using it. It needs to be sent back. I expect to be contacted immediately. I left my number. No one called
