We’ve had a great experience so far with Yucca Health. My husband has dropped a few pounds since starting and his food cravings are way down. Most recently, the monthly shipment was delivered to the wrong location and Martin was very helpful to me by advising that to make a case with FedEx as well as sending an expedited replacement. Great customer service and experience to make the whole process simple. Thank you!

Michelle made my life so much easier! She helped me, listened, was concerned and compassionate! I didn’t know what was going on with my account and the doctors do not respond timely. She fixed my issue sent them messages and got me back on track! She is absolutely amazing and wonderful. She definitely doesn’t lack follow through like so many on this site. Absolutely frustrating until you get Michelle on your call and she fixes it! I’m so happy to have crossed paths with her!

Service is fast approval is easy and access to your provider and or customer support is simple to find and use. Meds arrive on time and tracking is as simple as entering a couple data points every week
