I paid for 6 months up front, but they only gave me 3. Getting the next 3 months was very difficult. Yucca even tried to sell me 3 more months. Customer service also gave me a hard time and pushed back. They need to work within the app. I'd suggest starting with the minimum dose. I took Tripetize, lost 20 pounds, and regained 10 afterward, but it does work.
