The product works, I finally saw the results i wanted, the side effects were initially mild until a few months later I got severe insomnia, i looked for support, and although the medical personal were very cautious at accepting it, they gave me timely recommendations, now I discovered the most amazing customer service representative, Hazel. She was exceptional, not only she honored her word when following up, she seemed pretty knowledgable about my process, and didnt make me repeat and go over again the details, which made me feel I was working with a excellent team, I truly hopes Yucca knows how valuable she is their team, as she is the only reason I would come back in the future.So, pls give her a raise !
