Everything has been amazing with yucca…
Everything has been amazing with yucca so far. I was a little nervous because they were so new and didn't have much public information but customer service has been amazing. Medical support has been great. And I also have been on tirzepatide through them for 3 months. I've lost 20 lbs. I ended up switched for a month to another provider because they are close to home and I receive hormone treatment through them but I have officially switched back to yucca as my provider because everything was just way better when I was with them. Highly recommend and appreciate all the support I've received from them.

Everything has been great so far!
My experience has been amazing so far. I put in my request last night and it’s already being shipped. The process was simple and quick. No hidden stuff that you don’t find out until the end. Straightforward as you can only pray for. I also had to email Customer Service support because I accidentally ordered something I shouldn’t have and I swear they responded within seconds and cancelled the order. Can’t wait to share my weight loss journey and show you where I’m at in a couple of months. Thanks for everything!

I haven’t started the medication just yet, but I did have excellent service when my shipment was not delivered to the right address. Cojo was friendly and very quick to resolve the issue!

I’m beyond terrified this website is a…
I’m beyond terrified this website is a scam. I signed up with a 6month program and am on week 6. The first month I really didn’t lose any weight, a pound or two. We will see how this month goes. I’m just so nervous bc their social medias have very little info, crowd interaction or success stories. Lots are skeptical this site is a scam. I went with this company bc it was the most affordable program I was able to find. Praying it pays off. I lost 100lbs 2 years ago with my Bariatric surgery, however with my autoimmune condition it’s terribly hard to lose weight and I still could afford to lose another 50lbs give or take.

I have tried repeatedly to contact the doctor and support. The doctor never responds and support finally says “how can I help” hours after I have given up and closed the app! My refill has been stuck at their pharmacy for 5 days and I am already behind a shot due to not having enough in the vials. Totally unacceptable and a very ineffective way to support your customers.
