I received the first month dosage quickly, but I noticed the pricing was different for the next shipment. Their rep Michelle contacted me and explained the pricing and provided a very fair solution to help me continue on my journey. I was nervous to start, but they more than came through!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company! Customer service is quite literally non existent. Their phone # is just a answering machine that no one responds to. Their chat feature is the exact same, no response. They will charge your card immediately after signing up. Also you are automatically signing up for 6 months no matter what you "choose". And you cannot cancel

April text me the very next day and we set up a time to talk on the phone. I didn't feel rushed and she answered all my questions so I could feel confident about starting my script when it arrived. They arrived a day earlier then I expected them to.

The application is super easy and I received the meds within 5 days. A consultation on how to use the product was scheduled for the next day. The rep was kind and explained what to do/expect. She also answered any questions. I am looking forward to seeing what this product does for me :)
