Every step of the way has been great
Every step of the way has been great! The sign up process, delivery time and communication from the staff have all been wonderful! Today is Thanksgiving and Sam took time out of her holiday to do a welcoming call with me to answer any questions I have and go over the site with me. So far this has been the best experience I e had with a GLP-1 Site.

Everyone has been easily accessible and have been available when they said they would be. Meds came when scheduled and it has been a good experience!

April in customer service helped…
April in customer service helped quickly. She just listen and saw that I made a mistake but explained to me what to do and fixed the issue quickly. I have had nothing but a great experience

This process has been so smooth and very self explanatory, they call you and follow through your medications and the support team and doctors respond immediately.

I have received excellent service from…
I have received excellent service from Yucca Health. They answer all my questions and have been really supportive through my whole journey with the GLP-1 medication. The medication works too! I highly suggest you try them out and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!😊

Superior Service
The support A-1. My support representative Vinalyn is awesome. She was very attentative on my UPS delvery and provided additional information on my medication that was very useful. The contents was very well packed. The patient portal is nicely put together and easy to navigate.

So far my experience has been positive
So far my experience has been positive. The customer service response time is a but slow but I have received response to all of my concerns. I asked Chatgpt to advise me on important questions to ask the team, including the pharmacy they use, wheather they are a 503A compounder which is important for oversight regulations, their license number, and about their cold chain procedures. Im only on week 1, and I've noticed a difference in my appetite but not a whole lot.
