To clarify, the charge you received was due to an active subscription on your account for our Magic Powder product. This subscription is set up during checkout when a delivery frequency is selected, and it automatically generates future orders. We can confirm that your subscription has since been cancelled and the recent charge was fully refunded. Regarding the delay, Magic Powder was temporarily out of stock due to high demand and was sold as a pre-order at the time of your purchase. Your order was shipped and delivered on March 18th, as soon as the product became available again.
