That's a winner!!!
I was truly skeptical about the Ravine hearing protection. However, after always struggling with muffs when shooting rifles, I ordered the Field ops pro version. I was surprised that it was shipped out of China. Delivery took 7 WD. When unpacking the ear buds I saw 26NRR on the box. Promised was 31 NRR. Great start i thought. Then I started to read the manual and realized that 31NRR comes with those soft tips. Long story short, these ear buds work as promised. I shoot 6.5 creedmoor and 5.56 in rifles and all calibers in pistols. The sound i hear is significantly less than with muffs and foam ear buds together. The freedom of the rifle stock not interfering with the ear protection is truly liberating. The soft cushions work great for me. Those Xmas trees not so much but that's OK. Pro tip: practice a couple of times to seat the ear buds properly and take your time finding the right size cushions. I'm super happy and would buy the Ravine field ops pro again.

Disappointing Customer Service and…
Disappointing Customer Service and Concerns About Advertising
I purchased from Ravine based, in part, on the impression created by its advertising that this was a family-owned business from Wisconsin.
When I had an issue with my order, I contacted customer service repeatedly to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, my attempts to get a response were met with little to no meaningful communication, leaving me frustrated and disappointed.
I eventually had to inform the company that I would contact my bank to dispute the charge because my concerns were not being addressed. I also explained that I had researched the company and found information that raised serious questions for me about the ownership of the business and the impression created by its advertising regarding the Wisconsin family and the origin of its products.
My research indicated that the company was owned by a Canadian company and that its products were sourced from overseas. This raised concerns for me about the transparency of the advertising and the impression I had relied on when making my purchase.
Only after I stated that I would dispute the charge with my bank did the company finally resolve the matter and issue my refund.
My complaint is not simply that I had a problem with an order. Problems can happen with any business. What disappointed me most was the lack of communication and the fact that I had to escalate the situation before my concerns were addressed.
Consumers deserve transparent advertising, accurate information about the companies they purchase from, and responsive customer service when something goes wrong.
I encourage anyone considering purchasing from Ravine to do their own research and look beyond the company’s advertising before placing an order.
Based on my personal experience, I would not purchase from Ravine again.

RAVINE are way superior to all my others
I have walker ear muffs, molded ear plugs, and all the rest during my military career and all did what they were designed to do. I have had three sessions at our 25 to 300 yard shooting range and the RAVINEs let me communicate with everyone on the firing line, hear their acknowledgement of the instructions I have issued. My 7mm REM MAG is loud with other hearing protection, my RAVINEs make it a non-volatile on the ears. Subdues the noise to a noticeable whimper. They are comfortable and I am glad I have them.
