As previously explained, our orders are normally shipped from our U.S. warehouse. However, due to exceptionally high demand during our recent sale, our U.S. inventory sold out faster than anticipated. To avoid further delays, some orders were fulfilled directly from our overseas warehouse. Our previous correspondence explained this situation, including why we occasionally fulfill orders from overseas. We understand that you would have preferred to know this before placing your order, and we acknowledge your concerns regarding the shipping origin. Regarding delivery, as communicated, our standard estimated transit time is 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch, excluding weekends. This is an estimated transit window, not a guarantee of delivery within a specific number of calendar days. However, during our recent sale, demand exceeded our expectations, and our U.S. inventory sold out faster than anticipated. Although we genuinely wanted to keep production local and support U.S. suppliers, the overseas manufacturer ultimately met our standards for materials, consistency, and overall product quality better than the local prototypes we evaluated. We also attempted to reach out to you to obtain further information, as we could not locate any initial email from you raising these concerns before your review was posted.
