Response to the the company: I did contact you many many times. Your customer service support staff were credibly unhelpful. Offered no solution. And no refund. Your product was a gigantic waste of time and money! don’t listen to their BS, bot 🤖 written response. This company is horrible!!! Give me back my money and I’ll take this down!! All of the hundreds of dollars I spent!!! This product is way too expensive to be as cheap as you made it! Hands-down one of the worst companies on the market! I’ve tried and tried with this company. Their diffusers are junk! Their app is horrible. Their customer service is disgraceful, you’re just going to get sent around in a loop. The fragrances are weak, and if you don’t like them they don’t care. You don’t get your money back. I have four devices, most of them are not working anymore. The LED lights are completely burnt out, they never showed the color blue. They leak everywhere. And it’s about $70 a month to refill them! It’s insane! Do not buy this product it’s absolute junk!
