VERY BAD customer support! they shut down our Uber eats for an entire day and shut off Doordash the next day! They never bother to send an email or call to inform about an issue on their side. Lost soooo much business on 2 days they will never even compensate for the business loss. They experiment new things on the customers expense! Their customer service number and chat is the worst ever!

I had the most difficult time setting up our system for our newly opened restaurant. The first individual I got in chat was no help and repeatedly had me wait for no reason before eventually disappearing. Then I got Justine Bandojo who was amazing. She made sure to keep in touch and went above and beyond to ensure that all of our issues were resolved. Thanks to Justine, we were finally able to get everything we needed to set up.
